Routing Of Off-Spec LPG To RFCC Debutanizer For Reprocessing

Client Challenge
The reprocessing of LPG for recovery of propylene and C4 is only possible as per the existing RFCC facility provided by design. However, off-spec LPG which gets generated during startup cannot be connected to existing facilities. The offspec LPG in offsite bullets cannot be marketed without correction for quality. Hence the bullet storage capacity gets severely constrained for operating the refinery.
Purpose
It is proposed to route off-spec LPG from offsite through LPG startup to splitter debutanizer feed exchangers through OWS arrangement.
