Client Challenge

In the utility nitrogen outlet, there are two tanks for nitrogen production with a capacity of 1200Nm3/hr, gas from nitrogen and 45NM3/hr for liquid nitrogen as backup system. Its per the piping diagram, house nitrogen, is packed through the steam heated water vaporizers, cooling water is sent in or leaving methanol LP ethanol is used to heat the water. A flare was constructed in the steam let vaporizer tank due to high chloride content of 150 Ppm in the cooling water. Due to the above state of H2S recommended to use Dn water in the place of cooling water. They the S55 of steel is required.
